2018 Auditions

The London Choral Sinfonia (directed by Michael Waldron) aims to champion the riches of the choral and orchestral repertoire with its chamber-sized forces, through stimulating and thought-provoking programmes. Performing up to four concerts a year at venues including Cadogan Hall, St John’s Smith Square, and Kings Place, the LCS regularly engages world-class soloists.

The ensemble itself is made up of outstanding professional musicians, many of whom pursue solo careers themselves. From the Renaissance to the present day, the LCS has a varied repertoire encompassing well-known major works as well as seeking to uncover lesser-known pieces and showcasing new compositions.

We are holding auditions for prospective members of our pool of singers. Applicants should be singing professionally or intending to embark on a professional singing career.

Auditions will be held at St Mark’s Regent’s Park, on Monday 9th and Friday 13th April between 2-5pm. If you wish to apply, please email miranda.ostler[at]gmail.com (with your full name and voice part in the subject line) with your CV and availability on these dates.

Deadline for applications: Wednesday 14th March, 5pm.
